In 2024, the city of Stara Zagora undertook an update of its public transport scheme. Infra City Consult provided technical assistance in the following directions:
– Development of a public transport model
– Based on the simulation of the model, we identified busy sections where too many vehicles gather within short intervals
– Consultations with stakeholders
– Reorganization of urban and Suburban bus lines
– Proposals for new timetables
